Although the blog has evolved over the years, I currently write for an executive audience focusing on six key themes: 1) customer management, 2) maximizing human capital, 3) B2B marketing, 4) service, 5) the business impact of technology and 6) a little economics, politics and social commentary thrown in for good measure.
Professional Bio:

Currently the President of the Aberdeen Group, Dr. Andrew Boyd has 20 years of experience in general management, marketing and product strategy/management.  Throughout his career, he has designed and developed go-to-market strategies and implemented high-impact marketing programs for clients in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Andrew holds a Ph.D. from City University in London, an MS in Information Systems from Drexel University and a BBA in Marketing from Temple University. He is a frequent speaker at international industry events and is a regular contributor to both industry and academic publications.
